In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "nustatgame," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the platform accessible at nustatgame.vip and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the platform, or uses any service provided by nustatgame.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the nustatgame platform.
• "Platform" means the nustatgame website, game lobby, account management system, payment interfaces, and all associated services accessible at nustatgame.vip.
• "Real Money Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited by the Player and held in their nustatgame account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or cashback amounts credited to the Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using a bonus before the bonus (or winnings derived therefrom) becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality including withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body overseeing legal gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the nustatgame platform in any capacity — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions are incorporated by reference with nustatgame's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. All of these documents form part of the agreement between you and nustatgame.

If you access nustatgame on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they independently satisfy all eligibility requirements set out herein.

To register and maintain a nustatgame account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through nustatgame or through any other regulated gaming operator.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where accessing or participating in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a nustatgame account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

nustatgame reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by nustatgame may result in the suspension of account access and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each Player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) nustatgame account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

nustatgame reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.1 KYC Verification

Full account functionality — including the ability to process withdrawals — requires successful completion of nustatgame's KYC verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, or SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of your registered mobile number or payment method.

4.2 Account Accuracy

nustatgame will not be held liable for any losses arising from your provision of inaccurate registration information, including but not limited to incorrect mobile numbers that prevent OTP delivery or incorrect bank details that result in failed withdrawal processing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustatgame account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify nustatgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. nustatgame will investigate all credibly reported security incidents; however, nustatgame cannot accept responsibility for losses incurred through unauthorized account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

nustatgame accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change at nustatgame's discretion.

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account in your own name. nustatgame prohibits the use of third-party payment sources.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• nustatgame does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
• nustatgame reserves the right to request evidence of the funding source for any deposit, particularly where the amount is significant or where anti-money laundering protocols require verification.
• Deposited funds that remain unused in an account for an extended period of dormancy may be subject to the dormancy provisions of nustatgame's Terms as updated from time to time.

6.1 Failed or Disputed Deposits

If a deposit transaction fails to reflect in your nustatgame account after the standard processing window, you must contact nustatgame support with your transaction reference number. nustatgame will investigate and, if the funds were successfully received by the platform, credit your account accordingly. nustatgame is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing timelines.

Withdrawal of real money balances is available to all Players who have successfully completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the method's availability for withdrawal processing.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
• nustatgame targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operational conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to banking institution processing windows.
• nustatgame reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Withdrawal requests that exceed the standard single-transaction limit may be split across multiple transactions processed on the same or subsequent business day.
• In cases where nustatgame has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation. nustatgame will communicate the nature of any hold to the affected Player as permitted under applicable law and investigation protocols.

7.1 Bonus Balance Withdrawals

Bonus balances are not withdrawable as cash. Only the real money balance resulting from the completion of applicable wagering requirements on a bonus may be withdrawn. nustatgame reserves the right to deduct outstanding bonus balances (but not real money balances) from an account upon account closure at the Player's request.

nustatgame offers promotional bonuses, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total).
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period specified on the promotion. Expired bonus credits are forfeited without compensation.
• nustatgame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honored up to the point of withdrawal.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play between accounts to exploit promotion terms, or any strategy designed to achieve risk-free wagering of bonus funds — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• nustatgame reserves the right to impose game contribution weighting to bonus wagering, such that certain games contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirement completion. Current weighting schedules are published on the promotion detail pages.

All games available on nustatgame operate on certified random number generation (RNG) engines or, in the case of live dealer games, on physical outcomes determined by licensed and supervised live dealer studios. All RTP figures published by nustatgame represent the theoretical long-run return verified by the game developer or a recognized independent testing laboratory.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on nustatgame's server, the server-side result shall be the authoritative record. nustatgame's servers constitute the official record of all game outcomes and all wagering activity.

If a technical error causes a game to malfunction during a round in which you have placed a wager, nustatgame will endeavor to void the affected round and return the wager to your account. nustatgame is not liable for additional compensation in the event of technical malfunction beyond the return of the wager amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustatgame platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one nustatgame account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human play.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or undocumented behaviors in any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and subject to reversal.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets in live dealer games to achieve a systematic advantage.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction processed through nustatgame.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

nustatgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice if nustatgame has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Upon account termination for cause, any real money balance remaining after deduction of fraudulently obtained funds, reversed transactions, and outstanding liabilities to nustatgame will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method, subject to the completion of any required investigations and verification steps.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their nustatgame account may do so by contacting support. Any real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

nustatgame provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no cost and without penalty to VIP status or account standing:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PHP deposit limits configurable directly in account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts notifying you that you have been playing for a specified duration, prompting a break in play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension lasting 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cannot be lifted before expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: Complete suspension of account access for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period under any circumstances.

nustatgame requires all Players to be 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR requirements for regulated online gaming in the Philippines. Age verification is mandatory and non-negotiable.

All intellectual property on the nustatgame platform — including but not limited to the nustatgame brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text content, and all associated trademarks and trade dress — is owned by or licensed to nustatgame and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nustatgame platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the nustatgame platform without the prior written consent of nustatgame.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustatgame's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nustatgame expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any nature.
• Loss or damage arising from your reliance on any information published on the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances outside nustatgame's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nustatgame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

nustatgame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the nustatgame Privacy Policy.

nustatgame processes personal data to the extent necessary for account administration, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of responsible gaming services. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. nustatgame reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Players' rights or obligations — nustatgame will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the nustatgame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish, request closure of your account by contacting nustatgame support.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the nustatgame platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and nustatgame, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through nustatgame's internal customer support process. You may submit a complaint by contacting nustatgame support via the live chat facility or by email to the address published in these Terms.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of your initial complaint submission, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nustatgame reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.
